
Judge Elizabeth Bellin has been an integral part of the legal community in Elkhart County for over twenty years. As a lawyer and small business owner, she dedicated her time outside of her busy practice to various organizations focused on community service and collaboration within the legal profession. In 2019, she helped establish Elkhart County's first problem-solving drug court, focusing on accountability, addiction, and treatment for those involved with the legal system. In her role as a Magistrate, she collaborated with numerous community stakeholders to ensure a safer, better future for the youth of Elkhart County. Currently as Judge, she presides over misdemeanor and substance-related felony offenses, as well as presiding over the Elkhart County Drug Court she helped establish.
